FAMILY THERAPY

Family therapy is a good fit for families who are feeling disconnected or stuck in harmful cycles of behavior. Maybe you're struggling to understand or connect with a sibling, parent, or child. Maybe you're unsure what your place is in the family, a stepparent, an in-law, a grandparent, or someone else navigating a blended or newly formed household. Or maybe you're the parent who feels like something in your relationship with your child simply isn't working the way you want it to.

We work with families navigating:

  • Communication breakdowns during major life transitions

  • In-law relationships trying to find balance, respect, and boundaries as families merge

  • The fostering system, and helping foster children feel connected and at ease

  • The tension between discipline and connection

  • Co-parenting or blended-family dynamics

  • Sibling conflicts, and more.

For those who desire it, we can gently integrate a Catholic perspective into this work, without ever making that a requirement for families who simply want practical, effective support.

Whatever brings you here, we're happy to talk through your specific situation and see how we can best meet your family's needs.
